Wanted to have a curry on Brick Lane, but needed somewhere with good veggie options. We stumbled upon Sheba had a nice range of unusual veggie mains and sides – we had the aubergine side dish and it was almost as big as a main and really was the star of the whole meal! I really can’t recommend this place enough. The prices were also very reasonable for London, and the portion sizes large!

The curry was delicious, best onion bhajis I’ve ever tasted! And the plenty of curry was given for a main meal. It was also extremely cheap for the quality of the meal and the waiters were all very nice and attentive.

The Lamb Dhansak and mushroom rice at Sheba were fantastic as was the atmosphere and service. I have visited Sheba 3 times now and not been disappointed. There is a lot of competition along Brick Lane but after yet another consistent meal I will be sticking with Sheba

The Sheba accommodated a very large group for my mother’s birthday. We weren’t the easiest of customers and yet they gave us nothing but patient smiles. The food was spot on and delivered in abundance. We didn’t need to wait long. The option of bringing your own drink worked really well for us. The location, in the heart of Brick Lane, is alive with night life at all hours.

Really nice meal here – each had a starter, main, rice, naan and drinks for about 13 pounds each and we thought it was good value. The food was very nice and portions were a good size!

The best Indian food I’ve ever had! Hands down, the best! The tables in the restaurant are cramped, but possibly just so they can fit more tables for so many customers. This place has won loads of awards. The mango curry is so amazing and the naan is perfect!
