The Sheba Restaurant opened its doors in 1974 is now one of the oldest and most respected family run Indian/Bangladeshi restaurant in Brick Lane. Over the decades it has established a great reputation and a firm following with real curry lovers from home and across the world, and it is now widely accepted as the best curry house in London.

Various food writers, bloggers and diners have positively commented on Sheba and its great food. Sheba has been recommended by Toptable Diners, View London, Square Meal, London Food and Drinks Guide and described by Visit London as the” Queen of Brick Lane curries”.

In 2012 Sheba was declared the winner of the best Indian restaurant in Brick Lane by the UK Restaurant Guides and also best in East London by Fluid London.

The Chef promises to use only the finest quality premium meat, vegetables and seafood in his cooking, the passion and commitment to serve the finest quality produce means the dishes are always fresh and full of flavour.

Sheba has a fully licensed Bar that is well stocked with all the favourites drinks and wines you would expect to complement a fine meal. Split over 2 floors (ground and lower ground), Sheba is the perfect location for a host of different corporate functions, parties and events for up to 90 people. Both floors can be booked out and each has a wide screen TV which you are welcome to use for presentations. Sheba has a great reputation to cater for big groups.
